Tanika built her career inside the operational infrastructure of companies that could not afford to get payroll wrong. Over nearly two decades, she has managed multi-country and multi-state payroll for organizations spanning the U.S., Canada, EMEA, APAC, and the Caribbean — leading teams, implementing systems, and serving as the expert that finance and HR leaders called when things needed to be airtight.
She has directed payroll operations through M&A integrations, global HRIS migrations, and compliance overhauls that touched hundreds of thousands of employees. She knows what breaks, why it breaks, and how to build it so it doesn't.
ARZIA Advisory exists because that level of expertise should not be reserved for companies that can afford a full-time VP. It is available to you now, on a fractional basis, with the same standard of care.
