Starting the conversation
Inquiry
Everything begins with you reaching out. Tell us about your event, your vision, and what you are hoping to create. There are no wrong answers at this stage. This is just about getting to know each other and confirming that ARZIA Designs is the right fit for what you have in mind.
Getting it right from the start
Consultation
Our first real conversation. This is where we go deeper into your vision, your lifestyle, and the specific details that matter to you. We discuss silhouette, fabric, embellishment, and anything else that shapes what we are going to build together. This meeting is complimentary and sets the foundation for everything that follows.
Bringing it to life
Design
This is where the vision becomes a reality. Sketches are developed, fabrics are sourced, and the structural decisions that will define your piece are made. You are involved throughout. This is a collaboration, not a handoff. Nothing moves forward without your approval at each stage.
The precision work
Fittings
Bespoke means it is built around your body, not adjusted to fit it. Fittings are the heart of the process. This is where construction meets reality and where the fine details that make a piece extraordinary are finalized. Most commissions require two to three fittings depending on complexity and timeline.
The moment it becomes yours
Delivery
Your piece is complete, pressed, and packaged with care. Whether we are delivering locally or shipping internationally, every commission leaves us in the same condition it would if it were being worn the next day. We coordinate delivery around your schedule and remain available for any questions after the piece is in your hands.
What to Keep in Mind
Timeline
Most full gown commissions require a minimum of four to six months from consultation to delivery. Jewelry commissions vary. Contact us early. We work with your date, not against it.
Remote Clients
We have worked with clients globally. Virtual consultations, detailed measurement guides, and coordinated shipping mean distance is not a barrier to a bespoke commission.
Investment
Every commission is priced individually based on scope, materials, and complexity. We discuss investment openly during the consultation so there are no surprises at any stage.
