Ingredients:
1 – Whole Garlic
Olive Oil or Butter
Preparation:
Peel garlic
Chop off 1/4 to 1/2 inch off the top cloves, all cloves will be individually exposed at this point.
Drizzle olive oil over the individual cloves and wrap in an aluminum foil. Alternately, you can dice small pieces of butter and place them on top of the exposed cloves and wrap it in foil.
Bake at 400 degrees – 35-40 minutes.
Roasted garlic can be eaten by itself or served in food. Enjoy!
